My baby is 87 days old. She has cold and during this time got vaccination. Is that any problem?

no as such there isn't any problem.
infact , vaccines provide immunity.
so don't worry
please keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infections.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.
