My baby is 8 months old , she didn't get teeth till now what is the reason?

A. Hi Kids get their first milk teeth by their first birthday or upto the age of 15-18 months of age. so don't worry and wait till that time. if you're seeing signs of eruption such as excessive drooling or swelling of gums, then you can Massage the gum area to facilitate the eruption process.

A. Every child is different and so as their development milestones. Teething in babies can start as early as 6 months or as late as 18 months. You need not to be concerned for this. Keep massaging the gums with clean finger or cotton cloth as it will stimulate the process.
