My baby is 8 months old but has no teeth, is there anything to be concerned about?

A. Hi It is absolutely alright. Some kids get their teeth a little later than usual. You can wait till your baby's first birthday and if you still see no signs of teeth eruption consult a pediatric dentist.

A. hi dear For most children, baby teeth erupt between 6 and 12 months. A slight delay is fine, but it may be time to see your dentist if your child has no teeth at 18 months. Delayed tooth eruption usually isn't a major cause for concern, but it never hurts to check.
