Q.

my baby is 8 days shy of 6 months...from past 1 month his weight isn't increasing and I feel it's due to low milk supply. my milk supply has been decreased a lot and baby isn't gaining weight at all even after starting semi solids. I want to increase my supply so that I can bf him. I have tried may dietary changes and galact granules. still it's low. please suggest how to increase the supply. I want to feed him atleast for an year. dip in supply really worries me that he may not get enough nutrients

A. Hello mom If you are already taking all such things and is still milk supply is not enough then in such case the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk. And once you baby turned six months old then you can also start giving solids and water to your baby. And continue with breast milk and formula milk both. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
