Q.

My baby is 7days old. I am giving him Dexolac My milk is coming in droplets which is not enough for baby. I am taking Leptaden tablets & Shatavari also. What to do?

A. try to latch your baby to breast more often.. Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
