My baby is 74 days old During tummy time he tilts his head on left side always Is anything to concern

That is because the child does not have a proper stability of head in this age it happens after completing the time of three months and that is when you are supposed to give more of tummy time to the kids so currently I’m just going to recommend you to avoid giving tummy time for the time being
