Include banana, sprouts, paneer, ragi, nuts, curd, dals in his meals.
Give him small, frequent meals which are calorie and nutrient dense.
Try giving - peanut ladoo, banana milkshake, paneer cheese paratha, dal pakoda, nuts chikki, sprouts bhel, ragi kheer, palak rice, fruit lassi .

Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur kids diet for weight gain.

Indulge in some physical activity like hanging stretching basket ball swimming running etc for height increase
