Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter is 7 years old .with the increase in her age her weight and height are not proper. she is so thin and small. what to do to increase in height and weight.. please suggest

A. Hello mom if she is been active for her age and eating well a healthy diet then not a concern a little variation is acceptable . You can give eggs , dry fruits and nuts , variety of dals , milk, panner , ghee , whole grains and cereals

A. Whole grains, dals, and pulses are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B. All of these nutrients promotes the development of a child and boosts his/her metabolism. If you want to increase your child's height, then include dals, and pulses in a daily diet.
