My 5 years boy is not gaining weight and increasing height. I am fear about this. he will have proper iron food and do cycling, but still height is not increasing

A. Namaste Mom, Height to a very large extent depends on ones family genes , so not to worry , alone iron isnt enough give good quality proteins , calcium and over all balanced diet
