my baby is 7 months old, mera c section hua hai, mera back bahut pain hotahai, I can't even sleep properly

In such case the only solution is you should add more iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet plan it will help. Rather than this you should start taking a massage with coconut oil. It will give strength to muscles and bones.
