my baby is 7 months old, he is suffering from cold and fever last 2 days,I him paracetamol oral solution,bt his temp is fluctuating b/w 99.5-101 what can I do for his reliefment? please help

A. you can treat temporary cold the baby at house with the old medicines like paracetamol for one or two days only if the symptoms are first sitting behind this please consult your local doctor
