Hi my son is now 2years 3months old he his suffering from fever from 3am we gave the oral drops paracetamol paediatric Dolopar 125, 2times but still not controled please suggest me temp is 102

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparatgcions. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
