my baby is 7 months old he is getting fever every afternoon after I give him paracetamol it reduces and he looks fine but again the next day he gets fever by afternoon is been one week now , what should I do

A. hello you should be giving your child paracetamol once and every 6 hours to 8 hours for 2 days and if still there is fever you make check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and nothing to worry
