hlo dr my 10 months my baby getting fever 99.6,102F, I gave paracetamol syrup 0.5 ml every 6 hours,it reduces and come back,plz suggest remidy

A. Hello, your baby girl is 10 months old and she is getting a fever upto 102 degrees then you should give first frequent breast feeding and then syrup paracetamol 1 ml three times a day

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which w CV ftould be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
