My baby is 7 months old and I am breast feeding her along with other foods, can I take triphala churna or may be just amla churna???

A. definitely you can take Triphala Churna and not amla churna but, haritiki Churna if you are facing constipation issues or flatulence issues even if you are a breastfeeding mother it is safe
