my baby is 7 month old when to start giving water and how much quantity plz suggest

Now onwards when you start giving food to the child that’s when you should start giving more of water you can start approximately with hundred ML per day or more than that depending upon how comfortable your child is having water or likes to have water because of kids are really very much fond of water in this age
