my baby is 7 month old, but his one scrotum bag seems empty, should I worry or its normal??

A. hi mom. the scrotums sometime I will be undescended because of different reasons, aur sometimes it's may be descended but moving up and down. is better to consult with a pediatrician to have a proper examination so that there will not be any kind of doubts regarding that
