my baby is 7 month old and get these types of acnes all over his face, ears and neck. also started on body. pleased assist what is it and what is the solution. photograph is attached for the same

A. and what about MILIA? I thought it's milia. what is your opinion on this

A. There is no itching and fever. He is behaving totally fine. he had flu 10 days back. and can I use atarax lotion to it? what is the next thing you want me to do to handle this problem?

A. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proprer examination. Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch gelotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.
