My baby is 6 months old ,please share some recipes which are nutritious and rich in fiber .

A. hi as your child is 6 months old, you can offer mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest. then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables, fruit and rice to your child. you can prepare palak puree, prune juice, fruit like pear, banana ,apple , chickoo in puree form.
