Q.
my baby is 6 months old now so what diet I can start and is mother dairy cow milk suitable to give her now on daily basis in how many proportions as she is on breast feed. how many times I can give her cow milk in a day in 1:1 proportion with water. please advise.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it is best not to give cow, buffalo , goat milk or any kind of milk until they are at least one year old to ur baby
breastmilk or formula is the best thing for your baby, and ensure they get the right balance of nutrients at every meal.
