Q.

my baby is 6 months old,can i add salt in his diet?elders insists to add but i find it harmful for his development,plz advise

A. please do not add salt till 1 year complete it is not required and just put burden on the little Kidneys which are not mature enough. . ... . . .

A. hello since the baby is still given bm or infant formula milk and it itself will contain the required salt content and additional salt will effect babies kidney so it is better to avoid them and give baby bland food and it would be safe for the babies growth also
