my baby is 6 months and few days old, I was suggested to give Swarn bhasma to my baby as a health supplement. My baby does not have any health issues. Kindly suggest at what age it should be given as supplement?

A. do not give supplements to the baby unless and until your doctor has prescribed them specifically for the baby. not all babies need supplements. good home made food and breastmilk are sufficient for the baby at this stage.
