my baby is 6 months and 10 days old.. uske abhi daant aa rahe hai Mai homoeopathic medicines use kar rahi hu for irritation but usko kal 5-6 base potty hua.. iske liye kya kar sakti hu.. uske teether aur toys roz sterilise bhi karti hu fir bhi usko aisa kyun hua...?

A. if the baby is 6 months old baby is having teeth eruption you can give gentle massage for the gums if there is any pain in the gums or irritation and nothing more is required
