Q.

my baby is 6 months 15 days . I had a cesarian delivery. I want to start reducing my weight now. can I go to gym and start following things:- plank exercise for 5-7 mins push ups running and other exercises in gym please answer thanks

A. yes go gym. go slow. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
