my baby is 6 month 19 days old, she has anal fissures so doctor prescribed pilo go cream I am affixing the pic also please advise shall I use will it helpful for baby anal fissure

Since you have already consulted your doctor complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child.
