please help with your answer, my baby is 6 month 19 days old she has anal fissures , doctor prescribed amrosun cream and freelac syrup is this helpful please advise please , please clarify

It is better to follow your doctor’s instructions and complete the course and method of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Continue breastfeeding your baby well. Good luck and take care.
