my baby is 6 days old and his eyes and face are yellowish what to do ? plz suggest me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. there is always a chance of neonatal jaundice in small children within one or maximum 2 weeks of birth in which the skin as the eyes may appear yellow.
you have to meet d doctor for evaluation of the jaundice.
normal simple jaundice will go away on its own with only breastfeeding but if it is more your doctor will advise photothedrapy.
the yellowness from the eyes may take around 1 to 1 and half month to totally go away.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Could b jaundice as that’s very very normal and common with kids after birth so u can ask your doc to keep the child into phototherapy to reduce down the levels for the child and that’s going to b good for the baby
