my baby is 6 and half months old... now I am facing excess hair fall what to do?? when it stop?

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, Hairfall after delivery is a temporary process. Take iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your Gynaecologist. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated. Slowly walk around the house whenever you get time. Expose to sunlight for about half an hour in a day. Always oil your hair leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it. Use lukewarm water to take head bath always. Avoid too much of hot water.
