hello doctor am facing excess hair fall problem from last 4 months. what can I do? give me such suggestions

Priyanka BhatiaMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. You can use mamaearth rosemary anti hairfall shampoo and conditioner with rosemary oil. I have experiened this combo and saw good results.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. hair fall is very common after pregnancy. it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy. very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and other supplements. d drink plenty of water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet. go for regular scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist d
