Hello ma’am If you have such severe hair fall then take a proper treatment from a doctor as maybe you have some allergy or something which will be cured with a proper treatment apart from that I would definitely like to tell you to start applying onion juice into your scalp and keep it for 30 minutes and do it at least on an alternate day basis. Apart from that start using any shampoo which is chemical feel like baby shampoo or something for better results and only use mineral water to wash your hair
