my baby is 5 months old...she is drinking both bm and fm her weight is 5.5 kg it is safe for her taking both the milk

A. Hello good afternoon !! Yes you can offer breast milk and formula milk simultaneously. Until 5 completed months exclusive breastmilk or formula milk is suggested for babies. If you have low supply of milk then you can introduce formula milk and start semi solids from 6 month onwards. For improving breastmilk supply have rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, Poppy seeds, garlic, garlic milk,bottle gourd, kheema in diet.
