my baby is 5 months old and Since a few days my baby is having rashes on her chest, neck and back... and also she used to itch it with her hands. it is like red patches with dry skin ... is it a serious condition or something else that I have to consult a doctor .I have tagged a photo kindly help ...

Maintain a good muscle hygiene routine for the child and follow your doctors advice. Continue feeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration and weight gain.
