Q.

my baby is 5 months and 13 days old.His stool is watery with mucus and also having bubbles .what to do for this

A. consulted the doctor,and they prescribed lactic acid bacillus drops also he have cough for two days, still it is not getting cured

A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he is having his stool watery and mucous and bubbled so mostly climates change or an amoebic infection and needs opinion of paediatrician

A. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite . supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogerminavh or econorm in a proper dose . Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
