my baby is 5 months old and she is having loose motion since yesterday(passing watery stool 3 times). just now I can see some mucus on her stool. what can I do now?

A. it is advisable to meet your doctor and get a stool examination done which will tell whether the child is suffering from digestion problem or some type of infection and then medicines can be given to the child and kindly give more breast feeding for every episode of loose motion to prevent dehydration
