A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managemfyyent for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucousf high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

A. You need to do certain changes specially you need to stop giving milk to the child completely that actually increase is loose motions apart from that I would also advise you to give more of banana curd rice to control lose motions apart from the medication yet if it is not in control then check with your doctor and get a stool test done
