This is completely Normal and you should not be worried as far this but still it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any such kind of query so that anything should not be missed . so a proper guidance can be taken just to rule out any other possibility ...

Teething Is the biggest reason behind it that’s what I can think of you can check the gums of your child to be more sure about it because a lot of times of keeping do not realise or they don’t even know that kids can start having their teeth any time after the age of three months
