A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule outv in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. So You monitor your child for about 24 to 48 hours if you feel that your child is doing anything which is abnormal or something which you feel is not right or good then you should immediately be getting a check with your paediatrician your child is too small you know you should not take a chance
