my baby is 4month old.. today for the first time travelling from varanasi to delhi by train. what precautions should I take?

Special care is required as children are more vulnerable for infection because of less immunity and exposure specially in any change in weather conditions where the chances of infection are more so you should give a proper diet for nutritional rfequirement to be fulfilled along with that proper vaccination should be given . for current situation flu or influenza vaccine is important to protect xagainst different flu viruses all the safety precautions and maintaining of proper hygiene is of utmost importance .

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hygiene
