my baby is 4m old and after passing motion the area became like red and baby start crying even though we applied the diaper raash cream any suggestions please

A. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)d but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the pezrianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper
