my baby is 46 days old and still I am bleeding can I know the reason and how to stop it?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. no need to stop with medications. Bleeding often lasts for around for four to six weeks, but could last up to 12 weeks after your baby's born . Bleeding will start off heavy and red to browny red. It will become lighter in colour and flow over time . If it does not reduce, consult with your doctor

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. The bleeding should not be more than 40 to 42 days in general I’m going to advise you to consult your gynaecologist you may have lost a lot of blood already so better to check with your doctor and they’ll help you correctly on this situation
