my 2.7 yrs old child’s gums started bleeding after she had fever.. what could be the cause and how to stop bleeding?

A. Maam you should check with your doctor this week we cannot assist you with the medicine for stopping the gums bleeding and there is not even a evidence because fever has actually got nothing to do with gums bleeding of the child but it’s better that you take assistance with your doctor always visit your nearest hospital for that
