Q.

I had cesarean and 46 days past but know also am getting brownich sticky and sometimes reddish bleeding ...and more gastric problem is this is normal pls help

A. yes ok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
