My Baby is 45 days old. Sufficent milk cant produce for my baby. How I increase milk?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you should take a healthy diet with plenty of liquids and high fibre and also give proper position when you are giving breastfeeding to the baby it would be helpful consult your doctor too

You can have some medicines which Temple missing your lactation apart from that you should have about 4 to 5 L of milk which party protein rich diet and a good amount of fibre juice should be having into your daily diet And this is going to help himand boosting your lactation Write Your Answer Here
