Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for low breast milk supply you need to take plenty of liquids and high fibre diet and give frequent feeding to your child so that milk production increases as it is a hormonal phenomena regulated by signals to the brain so you should feel positively motivated and do not try to give formula milk unless advised by your paediatrician and if the weight gain and urinu4ary output of your baby is normal .if required you can also take help from a lactation consultant who will guide you in a very proper way regarding establishment of good lactation as well as will help you in relieving pain if you have any. medicines are not oif much help in this but definitely your diet is very important.
RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. There No actually logical reference to the thing that why your breasts producing less less milk because sometimes a body part can behave a little different let’s very normal with every woman not both the breast are ever going to produce the same amount of milk some will have a little less and the other one okay so in this case I’m just going to advise you to start having lactation supplements after consulting your doctor
