my baby is 40 days old, when can I start giving gripe water and what should be the dosage?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. There is no need to give gripe water to the baby as it is not needed and if baby is having any digestion related issues then you can start giving bonnisan drops to the baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. avoid self medication, Gripe water should not be used in babies. It is not good for baby just give only breast milk. Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month. Burp properly after each feed.
