Q.

My baby is 4 months old. I put him on diaper only in night for sleep. But he doesn't pass urine in diaper almost for 8 hours during sleep in night. I don't change diaper as it it clean as unused. Hence he remain in same diaper for almost 12 hours till he wake up. Is this fine? Do i hv to change diaper in regural interval even if its not used?

A. There is no problem in making the child wear diaper throughout the day buut the most important thing is that it should not cause skin allergy as well as you have to change it frequently before urine accumulation causes perianal rash. You can apply coconut oil before making the child wear diaper which will help in decreasing the chances of rash

A. Hello dear parent! You can change the diapers when soiled or spoiled. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
