my baby is 4 months old I feel my BM is not being sufficient for her so my doctor advised me to pumpy my milk and see so I expressed my milk in the morning from one side there were 80 ml of milk but my breasts were not heavy like this on whole day only on mornings so....is the amount of milk sufficient or should I start formula

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day just by consuming your breast milk then definitely your baby is wel fed and well hydrated and your milk supply is absolutely normal.
You should eat healthy and drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply.
