My baby boy is 4 months old milk is not sufficient so can I start solid foods for him

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 months agoA. Solids are not advised before the baby completes six months of age. Until then it should be only breast milk or formula not even water. So if your milk supply is low. Please consult with your doctor and see if you can supplement with formula.
