ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. If baby is not having any digestion related problems then no need and make sure you burp baby after feeding by holding across your shoulder and during day time give tummy time to baby

Gripe water has very bad side effects Solo Chalu should never be giving it to their child so I would just advise you please do not go ahead with giving it to the child ever if there is a problem you can ask your doctor for a proper medication but this is definitely not allowed
