my baby is 4 months old and developed habit of thumb sucking.He soothes himself with this habit espcly in night.How can I get rid of this habit?????please suggest some ideas so that this habit will be given up ASAP

oh..baby is just 4 months old and its very common for young babies to do this
its self soothing mechanism
but dont worry your baby outcome from this by own
just avoid over reacting on this
gently remove his hand from mouth when baby is doing this
